For a CD with 3 songs the Dutch band Cancelled (CND) present themselves very well. The rhythm section sounds like Machine Head in their best days. Vocal wise it’s the same. Next to the heavy screams like Robb Flynn singer Yoav has, voice wise, lots in common with Serj Tankian of System of a Down. The production is perfect and heavy - VERY heavy. I’m already looking forward to the next - hopefully full-album - recording of Cancelled (write down that name and remember it). (Metalworld – CH – June 2003 by Ürsen)
